Limitry — Privacy Policy

Limitry ("the App") is operated by Fleeta Limited ("we", "us"). The App lets Shopify merchants set order limits and checkout rules (quantity limits, order value limits, weight caps, and address rules).

What we collect

• From merchants: the store's myshopify domain, the rule configurations they create, and plan status. Nothing else.
• From shoppers: nothing. Rules are evaluated inside Shopify's own Function runtime during checkout. Cart contents and delivery addresses are read transiently by that runtime to apply the merchant's rules and are never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. The App requests a single permission (managing checkout validations) and no customer data scopes.

Data retention and deletion

• Uninstalling the App disables all rules. When Shopify sends the shop redaction webhook (48 hours after uninstall), every row we hold for that store is permanently deleted.
• Because we store no customer-level data, customer data requests and customer redaction requests are acknowledged with nothing to return or delete.
• Merchants can email us at any time to request earlier deletion.
